Urban Water Management Plans (UWMP) are comprehensive planning documents that estimate water supplies and demand for water 25 years into the future. These plans also describe efforts to promote the efficient use and management of our limited water resources in normal and dry years.
The Long Beach Board of Water Commissioners has adopted UWMPs every five years, in 1985, 1990, 1995, 2000, 2005 and 2010. The 2010 version is LBWD’s most current UWMP. You may view the 2010 Plan by clicking on the link below:
