Rules & Regulations

The following "Rules, Regulations and Charges Governing Potable Water, Reclaimed Water, Sewer Service, and the Water Shortage Contingency Plan" ("Rules") govern potable water, reclaimed water, Sewer Service, and the water shortage contingency plan provided by the Long Beach Public Utilities Department ("Department") and by Resolution of the Board of Utilities Commissioners ("Board") is effective as of August 1, 2023. All of the requirements contained in the Rules are subject to change by action of the Board.
