Fiscal Year 2024 Budget adoption and rates
LONG BEACH, CALIF. (June 23, 2023) — The Long Beach Board of Utilities Commissioners have called for a Special Meeting on Monday, June 26 to resume discussion on, and consideration of the Utilities Department’s Fiscal Year 2024 budget. This budget will govern expenditures for the Water, Gas, and Sewer Funds from October 2023 through September 2024, and fix rates and charges for Water, Gas and Sewer services to all customers.
This meeting will begin at 9 a.m. at the Long Beach Utilities Administration Building, 1800 E. Wardlow Road, and the meeting agenda can be found online here.
Members of the public are invited to attend Monday’s meeting and share input. Residents may also email comments to watercommission@lbwater.org.
