Due to dry and hot conditions in the summer, plant distribution occurs between the cooler months of October 1 - May 1. Mulch and flagstone distrubtion occurs year round.
Applications that receive approval outside of the plant distribution period are recommended to complete their turf removal over the summer months to prepare for planting in the autumn.

I, the individual named as "Property Owner" listed above have read, understood, and agree to the terms and conditions of the Native Parkway Program. I certify that the information on this application is true and correct. I understand that if I receive a Native Parkway kit without installing it, I may be required to pay back the amount equal to the cost of the kit. I agree to waive, release, relinquish and discharge LBWD, its officials and employees from all liability, loss, claims, demands, causes of action, and damage arising out of my participation in this program. I give LBWD the right to use before and after photos and videos of the installation, for the purpose of promoting drought tolerant landscapes. This promotion could be in the form of videos, print, web, and/or other venues. Additionally, I acknowledge that applications are processed in the order that they are received and funding by LBWD is limited; therefore, the program is subject to termination without notice.
